Most Radon testing and mitigation is performed during a real estate sales
transaction. When purchasing a home, most buyers have the property
tested for levels of Radon gas and insist the seller mitigate any Radon
problem if the levels are higher than the recommended guideline. However, the
buyer could have been living in a home for years that had high levels of
Radon. The message is - don't wait until you plan to move. Have your home tested and call
us if you have an elevated level of Radon. |
